Rihanna -Rude Boy
I like this video, and I like this song (it's catchy!) but that being said I think the music video is wrong for this song or at least definitely wrong for this album. 'Rated R' is supposed to be all 'hard', 'edgy', and 'dark'. And this video is quite the opposite -it's colorful, it's playful, and it's retro/tribal; a clear disconnect. I think that a video like this would have been more suited for her first album, Music of the Sun and maybe for the song, "There's a Thug in My Life" (with an exception to the pace).
